Beyoncé and Jay Z Go "On The Run" in Tour Trailer
As if the announcement of Beyoncé and Jay Z's joint tour wasn't enough, the superstar couple have now released an action-packed fake movie trailer ahead of their first show next month. To promote the On The Run tour, which kicks off in Miami, the duo have teamed up with director Melina Matsoukas to create a short film and introduced it to the world via Jay Z's personal website Life and Times. In the four-minute clip titled Run, Beyoncé and Jay Z tease a high-octane blockbuster that portrays them as gunslinging criminals—no doubt inspired by their duet Bonnie & Clyde. There's glamour, money, sex, explosions, motorbike rides and a line-up of A-list cameos from the likes of Blake Lively, Emmy Rossum, Sean Penn and Jake Gyllenhaal. Let's just say, if it wasn't for the 'coming never' release date, this is one movie we'd be queuing to see.
